BACK NECK & SHOULDER £55
A focused deep massage directed at the most common areas of tension in the body. Swedish massage techniques are used to work into the muscles groups of the back and shoulders with special attention given to any knots. Specific pressure points are targeted in the upper back and neck to encourage full relaxation and tension release. (45 minutes)
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE £65 & £95
Focusing on the major muscle groups, the full-body massage is designed to have a unique positive impact on areas of tension. Stimulating sources of energy from deep within the body, the massage restores vitality through a combination of shiatsu and traditional massage techniques.

SIGNATURE HOT STONE MASSAGE
£70 & £100
A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy. It’s used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body.
During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body. The stones are usually made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat. Hot massage stones are heated to between 130 and 145 degrees.

YOGA THAI MASSAGE £65 & £95
The pressing techniques used in Thai massage are designed to increase blood circulation to facilitate the better flow of oxygen and nutrients to your tissues. It also helps your body naturally get rid of waste, such as metabolic byproducts and carbon dioxide, more efficiently.
Adding stretching to the massage process helps relax the muscles further, so they regain natural flexibility and tone. You'll relieve chronic stiffness and experience improved mobility.

PRESSURE POINT FOOT MASSAGE £55
Pain relief, nerve stimulation, blood flow, migraine relief, and so much more can be achieved through reflexology. And in the absence of abnormalities, reflexology may be as effective for promoting better health and preventing illness, as it may be for relieving the symptoms of stress, injury and improving your mood. (60 minutes)

Oriental Bespoke Facial Massage is known as “The Natural Face Lift"
A facial massage combining techniques from the Orient as well as some other beneficial rejuvenating movements.

Oriental Bespoke Facial Massage relieves tension built up in head, shoulders, neck and face, helping fresh oxygen and nutrients to flow more freely. In turn this allows the skin to become more radiant. This release of tension can help alleviate headaches, sinus problems and anxiety.(75 minutes)
MATERNITY MASSAGE £60
Maternity Massage can help relieve pain without taking painkillers during pregnancy. Ligamentous laxity, change in weight bearing through the body, weight distribution and increased fluid retention can cause many different painful symptoms through the pelvis, neck, back and legs.
Massage techniques are used to improve muscle tone to relieve aches and pains, and improve fluid drainage to the whole body. Deep relaxation is great for you and your baby, preparing you for birth and a speedy recovery for both you.
Maternity treatments are suitable for clients over 12 weeks pregnant. Unfortunately, we can't perform treatments in the first trimester. (60 minutes)
